in no particular order until i feel like sorting. i do not claim that all of these movies or shows are good in the sense that they are well-directed, have great stories, and amazing acting. they're good as in i enjoyed them for one reason or another. usually because i find them funny. some of these are under a 5 star rating if you're being serious.
shows
powers 2015
- think this show has 2 seasons. based on a comic. it's noticably low budget, but entertaining enough. this show made me angry. i watched it out of hatred and an inability to stop my need to know what happened next. i was confused, frustrated, amused, and.. yeah. i love lower quality shows. i luv johnny royalle.
ghosted
- short and cute buddy show. those shows with the two guys where one is more friendly and the other's like "we're not friends" but they're totally friends. do not watch episodes 14-16. trust me. do not.
teen titans
- self-explanatory. already watched it? watch it again.
kipper
- literally a soft children's cartoon about a dog and his friends. it's nice and not overly complex. good for relaxing.
transformers prime
- it's transformers, bro. follows 3 or so human protags with their 3 transformer pals and the other autobots. it's one of those typical shows with the good guy rebellion and the evil group run by megatron. starscream's a little bitch.
movies
transformers 1
- classic movie. it's fun and memorable. do not watch transformers 4 if you can avoid it.
man of steel
- chill. never went out of my way to watch it, but when i did see it by chance i thought it was sort of soothing.
a nightmare on elm 2010
- don't watch if you're a nostalgic crybaby. it's given terrible reviews, but it really wasn't that bad. i've seen better, sure, but come on.
the boy
- actually worth. i wasn't interested in this movie back when i saw the trailers, but something on pinterest made me want to watch it suddenly. take that how you will. best part isn't there until the later portion of the movie but it's worth it if you're like myself. wink.
suspiria 2018
- terrifying scary lady horror. truly disturbing content. would never watch again. very nice. pretty artsy and what not, so if you aren't into that it may not be good to you. some complain that it's too slow, but i never noticed.
the lighthouse
- great film. strange and captivating. uncomfortable at times, but i didn't mind it. one of those ones that you want to rewatch eventually.
hitman: agent 47
- if you're looking for something cheesy and wattpad-y. it's basically a y/n insert fanfic with this chick katia van dees nuts who has powers and something something 47. it's more of a katia movie than a 47 movie, but he is there. it's not good but i don't hate it. kinda fun if you reject cringe.
drop dead fred
- fun and goofy movie about an adult's returning imaginary friend. it's a bit of a comfort. little strange around the edges. charming.
house of wax
- bo sinclair. that's basically it. also nick. is it a great movie? meh. it's an interesting concept. cool to put on if you're chillin'.
laid to rest
- funny little horror. entertaining enough and pretty gory. chromeskull's got a cool design. tucker best boy. another one of those movies you put on and eat pizza to. then a serial killer calls your phone to begin the real story. cheers.
special 2006
- found this movie because of a sound clip in the song Rocket Fuel by Liquid Stranger. it's a bit difficult to describe. feels like a cloudy day. back end of rain.
